Responsibilities

- Measure and improve agent quality through evaluations.

- Build a simulation platform for testing AI agents in real-world scenarios.
- Develop intuitive, no-code tools for managing AI agents.
- Adapt software development methodologies for AI agents' unique behaviors.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience building production products and systems.
- Experience in full-stack solution development.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Passion for AI product development and high-agency to drive outcomes.
