Base Salary
$114k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead application systems analysis, programming, system enhancements, and application design in coordination with technology and management teams.
- Resolve high-impact problems by evaluating complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
- Establish coding, testing, debugging, implementation, and application architecture standards.
- Build Python jobs and data integration jobs while enhancing frameworks to meet ETL standards.
- Design and deliver ETL solutions for a centralized reference data platform.
- Develop Ab Initio graphs and plans using GDE and Co-Op for continuous and batch processing with data quality checks.
- Design and develop ETL pipelines and services, including migration of Ab Initio workloads to Python.
- Develop scalable file-based and streaming data pipelines with Kafka integration.
- Serve as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work as needed.
- Assess and manage risk, maintain compliance with applicable laws and policies, and escalate control issues transparently.
Requirements
- 13+ years of relevant experience in applications development or systems analysis.
- Extensive experience in systems analysis and software application programming.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Subject matter expertise in at least one area of applications development.
- Advanced hands-on Ab Initio experience with graphs, plans, PDL, and DML, plus experience with GDE and Co-Op.
- Experience designing and developing ETL pipelines and services and migrating Ab Initio workloads to Python.
- Strong experience processing data at scale across file-based and streaming pipelines with Kafka integration.
- Demonstrated leadership, project management, prioritization, and clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; master’s degree preferred.
