Responsibilities
- Deliver complete software solutions across design, implementation, testing, delivery, and operations.
- Design and implement scalable full-stack solutions across frontend and backend systems.
- Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Node.js.
- Build modern user experiences using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Optimize applications and services for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to support application and service requirements.
- Advise management on project-level issues and guide junior engineers.
- Make technical decisions with limited day-to-day supervision using internal conventions and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and engineering partners to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong full-stack development experience across frontend and backend technologies.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Spring Boot, and Node.js.
- Experience with at least one modern frontend framework, including React, Angular, or Vue.
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
- Experience designing scalable, high-performance applications and services.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of software design patterns and modern application architecture.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, data structures, and algorithms skills.
- Experience with payment processing, FinTech, or financial-services technology is preferred.
