Responsibilities
- Design and deploy multi-agent systems capable of autonomous planning, reasoning, and execution across distributed cloud environments.
- Build human-in-the-loop systems, evaluation frameworks, quality metrics, and observability mechanisms for continuous agent improvement.
- Develop integrations with APIs, developer tooling, data platforms, operational systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Partner with business units to identify agent use cases and translate ambiguous business needs into technical workflows.
- Apply agentic patterns to data analysis, observability, optimization, and planning problems.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, or similar languages, with a deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architecture.
- Direct experience deploying and operating LLM-based agents in production environments.
- Familiarity with LangGraph, AutoGPT, or custom orchestration layers.
- Experience designing benchmarks, evaluations, and quality metrics for AI systems.
- A proven track record applying agentic patterns to at least two relevant problem domains, including data analysis, observability, optimization, or planning.
- Preferred: interest in Multi-Agent Reinforcement Learning and swarm intelligence.
- Preferred: familiarity with Model Context Protocol, A2A, and other agent-to-tool communication standards.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in an ambiguous 0-to-1 environment.
