Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, extend, and enhance SAP Master Data Governance software components.
- Maintain existing software and improve performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in SAP MDG environments.
- Gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications with cross-functional teams.
- Integrate SAP MDG with other enterprise systems.
- Participate in team discussions, provide solutions to work-related problems, and contribute independently as an SME.
- Share knowledge and guide junior team members on best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with the SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance and experience customizing and extending SAP MDG functionality.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and master data management processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex SAP MDG issues and familiarity with enterprise-system integration techniques.
- Functional Test Planning experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of Core HRIS processes and HR operations, Workday, SAP, Microsoft Office, Excel, D Learn/Success Factors, ServiceNow, and QTest is preferred or relevant to the role.
- Strong written and verbal English communication, attention to detail, confidentiality, resilience, organization, prioritization, teamwork, multicultural awareness, and flexibility to work in shifts.
