Responsibilities
- Design, build, optimize, and deploy ML/AI and foundation models for real-world applications.
- Research emerging AI technologies, prototype new capabilities, and conduct proof-of-concepts.
- Develop agentic AI workflows using orchestration frameworks such as LangChain.
- Take AI proof-of-concepts into production and optimize system performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, business, and technology teams to identify and deliver high-impact AI opportunities.
- Define reusable AI development patterns, technical standards, governance practices, and organizational best practices.
- Design AI system blueprints and integrate AI solutions with existing infrastructure.
- Embed compliance, observability, security, ethical guidelines, regulatory standards, monitoring, and continual improvement into AI solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or related fields.
- Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
- Experience taking AI proof-of-concepts from idea to production.
- Knowledge of deep learning, NLP, LLM architectures, LLM fine-tuning or domain-specific model training, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Familiarity with agentic AI concepts and orchestration frameworks.
- Experience deploying AI solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience with multimodal AI, AI governance, or MLOps.
- Advanced degree in AI, computer science, data science, or a related discipline is a bonus.
- Research, publications, patents, open-source contributions, and knowledge of payments, fintech, or financial services are bonus qualifications.
