Base Salary

$174k - $210k/yr

Responsibilities

Deliver trading-platform software on schedule with accurate estimates.
Own production changes, including monitoring and maintaining runbooks.
Conduct code reviews and improve engineering standards.
Design scalable, resilient, and high-performance trading-platform architecture.
Participate in design reviews and contribute to technical direction.
Serve as a technical expert for trading systems to internal teams and external partners.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions with cross-functional teams.
Solve complex engineering challenges, particularly in code-generation frameworks.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
5–8 years of software engineering experience.
At least 5 years of development experience with compiled, object-oriented languages such as TypeScript, C#, or Java.
At least 2 years of experience with dynamic scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Ruby.
Experience with real-time data processing and event-driven systems such as WebSockets and Kafka.
Strong SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL.
Experience building CI/CD pipelines and managing production deployments.
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP and proficiency with Git, GitHub, and JIRA.
Experience in private markets or financial services, especially financial market data.
Strong collaboration, teamwork, mentoring, delivery, and technical problem-solving abilities.

Hybrid work arrangement requiring 2–3 days per week in the Soho, New York office.
Annual bonus eligibility is stated.
