Base Salary
$170k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship AI-powered automation tools and internal applications.
- Architect and maintain LLM-based systems, including prompt pipelines and agentic workflows.
- Build and maintain data pipelines connecting source systems to AI workflows.
- Collaborate with Process Analysts to translate business requirements into engineering specifications.
- Ensure production reliability for the systems built, including monitoring and iterating on AI outputs.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI tooling to leverage the best capabilities.
- Contribute to internal standards for AI development.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in LLM-based or AI-powered applications.
- Strong Python skills for building APIs, data pipelines, and backend services.
- Practical experience with LLM APIs and prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with data engineering fundamentals and cloud data warehouses, preferably Snowflake.
- Experience with workflow orchestration tools and cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
- A strong instinct for product quality and user utility.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
