Responsibilities
- Deliver business-critical outcomes through product contributions to the cybersecurity platform.
- Define and build world-class user experiences for Blackpoint customers.
- Lead projects across the stack, including TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Go Lang services on Kubernetes.
- Optimize design and architecture for performance, scale, and resiliency.
- Mentor other engineers and manage expectations across cross-functional groups.
- Communicate technical solutions to leadership and provide progress updates.
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience in full-stack development.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React and TypeScript.
- Strong back-end development skills with Node.js and microservices on Kubernetes.
- Expertise in designing and consuming APIs (REST, GraphQL, or gRPC).
- Ability to architect full-stack solutions balancing performance and scalability.
- Experience with AI development pipelines and managing skills and integrations.
- Strong understanding of database design and performance tuning for SQL and NoSQL.
- Deep understanding of security best practices in full-stack environments.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment with multiple releases a day.
- Experience in Agile development and leading sprint planning.
