Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize firewall and secure web gateway platforms in cloud infrastructure.
- Execute the technical roadmap for firewall and SWG capabilities in cloud infrastructure.
- Enhance platform support for virtualized environments in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Drive professional development and growth initiatives for team members.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience designing and implementing network security software and public cloud infrastructure.
- Direct experience with C programming and firewall or SWG technology.
- Experience integrating or extending NGFW/SWG solutions with native public cloud services, including Firewall/IPS, FreeBSD, and OpenSSL.
- Strong understanding of VPN, tunneling, IPSec, and IKEv1/v2 protocols.
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions within the functional domain.
- Preferred: mastery of network security fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP(S), TLS 1.2/1.3, VPN technologies, NAT, and load balancing.
- Preferred: experience with virtualization technologies and strong understanding of TLS, OpenSSL, PQC, Hybrid KEM, QUIC, and crypto accelerators.
