Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical authority and mentor for the team.
Partner with leadership to define and evolve the architecture of OT solutions.
Own architectural decisions and drive tech choices for scalability and reliability.
Lead the evolution of the system by integrating AI-driven capabilities.
Leverage cross-domain data to improve product performance and stability.
Lead technical initiatives across Backend, Frontend, and other teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners in an Agile environment.

At least 8 years of system/backend programming experience (Go/C/C++ or similar).
At least 2 years in a high-level technical position (Architect, Tech lead).
Experience with On-Prem and Cloud deployments and architectures.
Knowledge of cutting-edge technologies.
Familiarity with all aspects of software development including Backend, Frontend, and DevOps.
Experience with data-intensive systems.
In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and Unix internals.
Previous experience with AI tools or integrating AI-driven solutions is an advantage.
Strong understanding of network application architecture and data structures.
Academic-level understanding of algorithms and data structures.
