Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design and delivery and make decisions for the team.
- Establish and enforce development standards for consistency and quality.
- Coordinate with technical teams and business stakeholders to align architecture with business objectives.
- Evaluate and implement practices for code quality, scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve architectural challenges in custom software environments.
- Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and productivity.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Integration Architecture Blueprint & Design Solutions.
- Proficiency in Integration Architecture Blueprint & Design Solutions.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex software development projects.
- Ability to evaluate and implement best practices for code quality and performance optimization.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and align technical solutions with business needs.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
