Base Salary
$159k - $205k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver backend solutions.
- Break down complex problems and provide technical guidance.
- Own the delivery of your work and seek feedback actively.
- Articulate tradeoffs and insights in writing to guide decision-making.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of backend development experience.
- Knowledge of or eagerness to learn Haskell.
- Strong documentation and testing skills.
- Sense of ownership and accountability for results.
- Strong technical judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and databases (PostgreSQL).
