Responsibilities
- Design and develop customized front-end solutions within Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- Develop Lightning components, custom pages, integrations, and Salesforce configuration solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce Experience Cloud with other Salesforce clouds and external systems.
- Design and configure Salesforce objects, fields, record types, page layouts, workflows, validations, data models, and business process automation.
- Analyze user stories and collaborate with technology leads and architects on solution design documentation.
- Develop data migration and integration strategies aligned with documented requirements.
- Participate in discovery workshops covering functional, non-functional, reporting, and data requirements.
- Collaborate with client and engagement teams to deliver outcomes aligned with client objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end CI/CD process for enterprise CRM solutions.
- Contribute to thought leadership, best practices, internal training, business pitches, and scoping or estimation exercises.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of client-facing consulting or professional services experience.
- At least 4 years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce Sales and Service solutions, with emphasis on Experience Cloud and Data Cloud.
- Salesforce certification and in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud capabilities.
- Experience in Health and Life Sciences, Manufacturing, or Hospitality and Gaming.
- Strong communication, analytical, collaboration, and client-facing skills.
- Experience designing scalable solutions and managing the complete lifecycle of complex software programs.
- Understanding of Agile delivery methodology.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
