Responsibilities
- Design and develop customized front-end solutions, Lightning components, custom pages, and integrations within Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- Customize Salesforce objects, fields, record types, page layouts, workflows, and validations.
- Lead complex data-model and business-process automation development and configuration.
- Design data migration and integration strategies for Salesforce and external systems.
- Analyze user stories, create solution design documentation, and collaborate with technical leads and architects.
- Participate in discovery workshops covering functional, non-functional, reporting, and data requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end CI/CD process for enterprise CRM solutions.
- Collaborate with client and engagement teams to deliver outcomes aligned with business objectives.
- Contribute to thought leadership, internal training, and sales pitches and scoping exercises.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of client-facing consulting or professional services experience.
- At least 6 years designing and implementing Salesforce Sales and Service solutions, with emphasis on Experience Cloud and Data Cloud.
- Salesforce certification and in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud capabilities.
- Experience in Health and Life Sciences, Manufacturing, or Hospitality and Gaming.
- Strong communication, analytical, collaborative, and solution-design skills.
- Experience with the complete lifecycle of complex software programs and Agile delivery methodology.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
