Responsibilities
- Build the next generation Modern SaaS using public multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud solutions.
- Develop automation capabilities for CI/CD and progressive delivery of Cloud Native applications.
- Deliver self-selected user stories efficiently with testability and scalability.
- Lead engineering efforts and mentor team members while collaborating with peers and product managers.
- Diagnose and anticipate problems, ensuring projects are delivered and deployed end to end.
- Enable development teams with a Cloud Native developer workflow and conduct training.
- Design and build secure, highly scalable enterprise-grade platform services.
- Document and communicate architecture and implementation solutions clearly.
- Troubleshoot and support the current Cloud platform in production.
Requirements
- 9+ years of professional DevOps / production operations experience.
- 5+ years of Cloud Native application delivery experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD tools like GitLab and TeamCity.
- Intimate knowledge of public cloud infrastructures, preferably GCP.
- Hands-on experience with core Cloud services including compute, storage, and IAM.
- Strong experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for building robust platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of Linux-based systems and runtimes.
- Strong development experience in programming languages such as Python, Terraform, Golang, or Java.
- Expertise in current technology stack including Helm, K8S, Istio, GCP, AWS, and Terraform.
- Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering concepts and a DevOps mindset.
