Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the internal AI platform for building autonomous AI Agents.
- Engineer Chain of Thought reasoning flows and integration layers for agent logic.
- Build reliable AI Agent systems that manage failures at scale.
- Design node-based tools for intent retrieval, context management, and API routing.
- Program agent logic using TypeScript, Node.js, Express, React, Next.js, and SQL.
- Maintain high software quality and reliability while innovating quickly.
- Integrate AI-native tooling into the development workflow.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, Express, React, Next.js, and SQL.
- Practical knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux environments.
- Hands-on experience with Chain of Thought, Agent building, and RAG concepts.
- An AI-First mindset with experience using Cursor or Claude Code.
- Proven track record of shipping software to production.
