Base Salary
$97k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies, estimates, IT planning, risk analysis, application development, and model development.
- Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs to meet business and user needs.
- Monitor and control analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, and post-implementation activities.
- Provide user and operational support and consult with clients and technology groups on application issues.
- Analyze complex application and business-process problems and recommend advanced programming solutions.
- Develop security measures and evaluate system design and functionality after implementation.
- Define operating standards and processes and ensure required procedures are followed.
- Serve as an advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts and act as a subject-matter expert.
- Assess and escalate technology, compliance, conduct, and control risks appropriately.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in systems analysis and software application programming.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Working knowledge of consulting and project management techniques and methods.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in requirements.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.

- Primary salary range of $96,960.00–$145,440.00 per year.
