Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect and manage scalable, multi-tenant AWS infrastructure using AWS CDK.
- Lead deployment and management of Kubernetes clusters with Amazon EKS.
- Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines using ArgoCD and GitHub Actions.
- Design and manage IAM roles, policies, guardrails, AWS networking, and security controls.
- Implement DevSecOps practices, encryption standards, compliance controls, AWS WAF configurations, and firewall policies.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, application releases, and ETL workflows.
- Develop monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident-response systems using OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch, and AWS CloudTrail.
- Use AWS EventBridge and CloudTrail for event-driven automation and operational troubleshooting.
- Drive governance, security reviews, cost optimization, and operational consistency across the platform.
- Manage multiple AWS accounts using AWS Control Tower and account-isolation best practices.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and provide technical leadership on AWS CDK and cloud automation.
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, and security teams to align DevOps strategy with business goals.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in DevOps or cloud infrastructure roles, including significant SaaS and multi-tenant platform experience.
- Proven experience mentoring team members on cloud infrastructure projects.
- Expert knowledge of AWS services including VPC, IAM, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, EKS, AWS WAF, AWS EventBridge, and AWS CloudTrail.
- Deep proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and related ecosystem tools.
- Expertise with ArgoCD and GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
- Advanced experience with AWS CDK and CloudFormation, with TypeScript preferred.
- Strong understanding of VPCs, Transit Gateway, ALB, and Security Groups.
- In-depth knowledge of IAM, AWS KMS, encryption standards, AWS WAF, and NIST security compliance.
- Extensive experience with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch, and AWS CloudTrail.
- Familiarity with AWS Glue and Managed Kafka for real-time and batch data processing.
- Strong scripting and automation skills using TypeScript and Bash.
- Experience managing multiple AWS accounts with AWS Control Tower.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Desired qualifications include advanced AWS CDK construct and pipeline development, Projen familiarity, hands-on Helm charts and Kubernetes manifests, monitoring and logging experience, multi-tenant SaaS experience, and exposure to AI tools and frameworks.
