Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines for microservices and container-based deployments.
- Support containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes or OpenShift.
- Manage and monitor infrastructure as code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Provision, configure, and monitor secure AWS or Azure cloud environments.
- Integrate security tools, static and dynamic code analysis, and secure engineering practices into development workflows.
- Harden environments and secure cloud-native architectures in collaboration with engineering and security teams.
- Deploy, troubleshoot, and support builds, deployments, containerized applications, and system performance.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and support compliance activities aligned with RMF, STIGs, and related frameworks.
- Document configurations and improve DevSecOps processes and tooling.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline with 4–8 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with 2–6 years of relevant experience.
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance and the ability to successfully pass a polygraph examination.
- U.S. citizenship as required by the contract.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Proficiency with Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation and AWS or Azure cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing AWS infrastructure using AWS CDK.
- Experience with Docker, GitLab pipelines, AWS ECS, and Kubernetes, OpenShift, or similar orchestration platforms.
- Working knowledge of secure coding, vulnerability management, and code scanning tools.
- Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture is preferred.
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA, Security+, or GIAC certifications are preferred.
Benefits
- The stated pay range is $87,100.00–$157,450.00 annually.
- The position supports classified and unclassified environments and requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility.
