Base Salary
$99k - $209k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build, configure, and maintain enterprise applications and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform and ServiceNow.
- Develop relational data models, Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Custom Pages, dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
- Design and maintain secure REST API connections, webhooks, custom connectors, integrations, and data pipelines.
- Evaluate workflows and integrate AI-assisted capabilities, Copilot Studio agents, enterprise GenAI platforms, MCP servers, and custom logic.
- Conduct stakeholder discovery, capture requirements, demonstrate prototypes, and translate mission needs into technical specifications.
- Monitor platform adoption, performance, and reliability while maintaining code quality, CI/CD configurations, data integrity, and architectural documentation.
Requirements
- Active adjudicated Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI without waiver.
- BA/BS degree and 5+ years of recent specialized experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with software development principles, low-code platforms, relational data modeling, RESTful APIs, JSON, and systems integration.
- Prior experience working within a software development team and using CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to document system architectures, data flows, and technical processes and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification, such as Security+ CE or equivalent.
- Preferred experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, custom AI connectors, ServiceNow, DoD IL4/IL5 environments, and DoD J6 systems.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600 are preferred.
- TESA Eligibility is preferred.
