Responsibilities
- Code and test automation workflows in UiPath Studio using Autopilot and other coding agents.
- Select and leverage appropriate components from the UiPath Product Suite.
- Provide solution designs during customer deployments, proofs of concept, and project implementation phases.
- Modify robot code during implementation as required.
- Develop workflows and custom activities using VB.NET and C#.
- Own overall testing cycles.
- Deliver technical training, demonstrations, blueprints, and client support.
- Mentor developing RPA developers.
Requirements
- Graduate or postgraduate education in Computer Science or IT, or an equivalent degree.
- At least 7 years of IT industry experience with a software development background.
- At least 4 years of experience developing and implementing UiPath automation workflows.
- Hands-on experience with coding agents, prompt engineering, UiPath, UiPath frameworks, and the end-to-end UiPath Product Suite.
- Experience with UiPath Agents, Maestro, Coded Agents, Coded Apps, Coded Action App, Coded Workflow, IXP, and API Workflow.
- Current knowledge of UiPath CLI skills used with coding agents for development and troubleshooting.
- Basic programming or scripting knowledge in VBA, VB, Java, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, or another scripting language, plus familiarity with IDEs.
- Working knowledge of Document Understanding, Computer Vision, AI Center, and Action Center.
- Strong communication skills.
- Team leadership experience, UiPath certification, Mainframe/SAP/Citrix automation experience, other RPA tool experience, AI/ML skills, UiPath infrastructure knowledge, Test Suite/Apps/Insights experience, generative AI knowledge, and Azure/AWS/GCP experience are preferred or advantageous.
