Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software components across SAP systems and applications.
- Develop and optimize custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements within SAP environments.
- Integrate SAP ABAP solutions with HANA databases and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and team decisions.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and help manage team execution.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming concepts and HANA database integration.
- Experience developing and optimizing SAP reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP ABAP and HANA issues.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Familiarity with contemporary software frameworks and iterative software delivery practices.
