Base Salary
$162k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable ad serving and measurement systems.
- Implement and optimize big data applications for performance and reliability.
- Drive end-to-end ownership of projects from design to maintenance.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers through code reviews and design guidance.
- Champion best engineering practices and promote a culture of quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on requirements.
- Work on integrations with internal and external platforms.
- Contribute to system architecture design and roadmap planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in developing large-scale software systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Scala, Go, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
- Experience with technologies like Spark, MySQL, Redis, ReactJS, Kubernetes, and AWS.
- Ability to understand and refactor large codebases independently.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
- Experience collaborating with global engineering teams.
