Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain DevOps pipelines for Salesforce applications using Gearset and Git.
- Develop and manage CI/CD workflows for efficient and reliable deployments.
- Monitor and optimize Salesforce environment performance, availability, and scalability.
- Automate repetitive deployment and operational tasks using scripting and automation tools.
- Troubleshoot DevOps pipeline issues and resolve incidents affecting Life and Annuities Insurance applications.
- Provide guidance on Git version control, branching strategies, and DevOps best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into DevOps solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback on code quality and standards compliance.
- Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and workflows.
- Drive continuous improvement across the DevOps lifecycle.
Requirements
- 4 to 12 years of experience.
- Strong expertise in Gearset, Salesforce DevOps, and Git, with a record of successful implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of the Life and Annuities Insurance domain.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Proficiency in scripting languages for task automation.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and iterative development cycles.
- Ability to work proactively in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Commitment to quality, ownership, accountability, and continuous learning.
