Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain infrastructure automation using infrastructure as code and DevOps practices.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Travis CI, and ArgoCD.
- Manage infrastructure as code and configuration management with Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Pulumi, Crossplane, Chef, Puppet, and SaltStack.
- Deploy and monitor applications across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, observability automation, and predictive automation using tools including Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, Splunk, and cloud monitoring services.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve system uptime, reliability, security, scalability, and performance.
- Support security best practices, vulnerability scanning, encryption, secrets management, and compliance standards.
- Participate in code reviews and DevOps strategy discussions, collaborate with developers, QA, and IT teams, and mentor junior developers.
- Contribute to incident management, network observability, cloud troubleshooting, cost optimization, and development workflow improvements.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong experience with cloud automation, DevOps, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, cloud platforms, containers, orchestration, Linux administration, Bash scripting, networking, security, monitoring, and incident response.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and related compute, networking, storage, database, serverless, and observability services.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, collaboration, and continuous-learning skills.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 environment.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
