Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain infrastructure automation using infrastructure as code and DevOps practices.
- Develop predictive automation using monitoring and observability tools.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Travis CI, and ArgoCD.
- Manage infrastructure as code and configuration using Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Pulumi, Crossplane, Chef, Puppet, and SaltStack.
- Deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize applications and infrastructure across AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premises environments.
- Implement centralized monitoring, logging, alerting, cloud observability, and incident-management processes.
- Improve system reliability, security, scalability, uptime, and performance through automation and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and DevOps strategy discussions, collaborate with developers, QA, and IT teams, and mentor junior developers.
- Support security best practices, compliance standards, network observability, and cloud cost and performance optimization.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong experience with cloud automation, DevOps, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and related compute, networking, storage, database, containerization, and orchestration services.
- Experience with Linux, Bash scripting, networking fundamentals, security controls, secrets management, and vulnerability scanning.
- Experience with monitoring, observability, logging, alerting, incident management, and production troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, collaboration, continuous-learning, and adaptability skills.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment.
