Responsibilities
- Build, configure, and maintain features and integrations in digital platforms.
- Develop, test, and document solutions within Salesforce using declarative and coded functionality.
- Maintain and create Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components.
- Oversee the end-to-end architecture of the Salesforce Platform and other integrations.
- Evaluate development techniques based on business requirements.
- Train team members in technical best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects during project delivery.
- Implement workflow logic, APIs, and back-end processes.
- Support deployment of chatbot, AI search, and user routing logic.
- Build dashboards and data flows for personalized customer experiences.
- Collaborate with IT and vendors for updates and technical support.
- Work cross-functionally to align development with business goals.
- Participate in roadmap planning and contribute to solution design.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning development.
- 2+ years of experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications.
- In-depth knowledge of REST APIs and Salesforce integrations.
- Valid Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification required.
- Knowledge of package management and scratch org setup.
- Understanding of Salesforce data sharing and visibility.
- Experience in web technologies like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to scalability.
- Familiarity with automation tools and customer portals is a plus.
