Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud and AI-ready solutions on Azure, Oracle Cloud, and AWS.
- Develop automation, integration, and AI-driven components for business requirements.
- Build and maintain REST APIs, integration services, and identity-aware solution patterns.
- Provide operational and project support for cloud and AI workloads.
- Improve platform stability, security, compliance, and cost efficiency across teams.
- Drive automation, Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices.
- Implement governance controls and guardrails for responsible, regulatory-compliant AI use.
- Produce architectural designs and engineering documentation for scalable, repeatable solution patterns.
Requirements
- Deep hands-on Azure engineering experience, including Bicep, ARM, or Terraform.
- Strong proficiency in Python and PowerShell for automation, integration, and AI workflows.
- Experience implementing and supporting cloud platforms and identity solutions including Azure, Oracle Cloud, and Entra ID.
- Experience developing REST APIs, integrating services, and implementing OAuth2 and token-based identity flows.
- Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI SDKs and models, and applying AI services to real-world use cases.
- Strong knowledge of IAM, security patterns, governance, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with Azure API Management or similar API gateways is preferred.
- Exposure to AI governance, model lifecycle controls, responsible AI, Foundry, vectorisation patterns, or AI orchestration frameworks is preferred.
- Experience with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, reusable automation frameworks, GitHub Enterprise, and Artifactory or similar tools is preferred.
- Azure certification AZ-104 or higher is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines in a regulated environment.
