Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Data and AI solution architecture, design, development, and delivery across enterprise programs.
- Design and implement scalable data lakehouse, data warehouse, ETL/ELT, analytics, and AI platforms.
- Develop and deploy Generative AI and AI-powered solutions, including RAG and AI copilot initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into secure, scalable solutions.
- Drive cloud adoption, governance, engineering best practices, and solution standardization.
- Mentor Data Engineers and AI Engineers, conduct technical reviews, and provide architectural guidance.
- Ensure solutions meet scalability, security, reliability, performance, and compliance requirements.
- Support effort estimation, proposal development, client-facing technical discussions, and pre-sales activities.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend approaches to advance Data and AI capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 14+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Analytics, AI, or related technology disciplines.
- Strong expertise in Python, SQL, and Snowflake.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale AI and Data platforms using AWS cloud services and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub-based development workflows, solution architecture, API development, microservices architecture, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience designing scalable data lakehouse, data warehouse, and analytics solutions.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor engineers in complex enterprise environments.
- Preferred experience includes Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, advanced analytics, Databricks, PySpark, RAG, AI copilots, MLOps, DataOps, cloud migration, vector databases, and enterprise AI platforms.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, presentation, problem-solving, client-facing solutioning, and executive engagement skills.
