Base Salary
$180k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build responsive, user-friendly software for scientists and researchers conducting drug discovery
- Develop frontend and backend components of the platform
- Design and improve model-management and low-latency inference infrastructure, including security, performance optimization, and system orchestration
- Work with ML engineers to integrate models and algorithms and enable scalable training, deployment, and serving
- Interact directly with scientific customers to design platform improvements
- Contribute to business and product decisions shaping the company
Requirements
- At least four years of experience as a full-stack software engineer
- Proficiency in modern frontend and backend technologies
- Experience operating, monitoring, and deploying systems using cloud infrastructure
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Interest in drug discovery science and the business of a growing startup
