Base Salary
$150k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and ship new product workflows from database to UI.
- Build rich, responsive interfaces for enterprise teams.
- Evolve and scale the design system.
- Improve performance and reliability for high-volume interactions.
- Collaborate with product and design to create elegant solutions.
- Shape engineering standards and technical direction.
Requirements
- Experience building production software across the stack.
- Strong frontend skills in React and TypeScript.
- Experience designing and consuming APIs with a focus on scalability.
- Experience building backend services, preferably with Node.js.
- Experience leading significant product initiatives in fast-paced environments.
