Responsibilities
- Guarantee the pace, quality, and delivery of client projects.
- Design scalable and resilient architectures and write precise technical specifications.
- Establish quality practices including Clean Code, automated testing, and code reviews.
- Use AI agents and LLMs to improve development speed and team productivity.
- Act as the technical partner for clients and explain technical decisions to stakeholders.
- Create an efficient and structured working environment for the project team.
- Coach and develop Software Engineers through pair programming, code reviews, training, and root-cause analysis.
- Participate in project routines including backlog refinement, daily meetings, and other ceremonies.
Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of software development experience.
- Strong command of web architecture across frontend, backend, databases, infrastructure, and deployment.
- Experience with DevOps practices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Ability to design scalable architectures, make appropriate technical decisions, and maintain high code quality.
- Experience coaching and supporting developers while remaining hands-on with technology, coding, technical monitoring, and pair programming.
- Strong orientation toward value creation and understanding of client business challenges.
