About Mosaic

11-50 employees

Financial modeling is at the core of every investment decision, but for many firms, it remains highly manual, repetitive, and difficult to standardize. Mosaic is the AI-powered financial modeling platform purposefully built for leading buy-side and sell-side deal teams on Wall Street. We help firms build, analyze, and collaborate on financial models faster while preserving the rigor, flexibility, and judgment that institutional investing demands. Rather than rebuilding models from scratch for every opportunity, firms use Mosaic to institutionalize their investment methodology, accelerate underwriting, reduce repetitive modeling work, and enable teams to spend more time evaluating businesses and less time constructing spreadsheets. Today, Mosaic is trusted by many of the world's leading private equity firms and investment banks, including Warburg Pincus, CVC Capital Partners, New Mountain Capital, Evercore, and others, representing more than $1 trillion in assets under management. We believe the future of investing belongs to teams that can turn better analysis into better investment decisions. Mosaic is building the platform to make that possible.
