Responsibilities
- Own features from idea to deployment, ensuring quality and performance.
- Build intuitive UI workflows that enhance user trust and experience.
- Develop backend APIs and services to support complex data flows.
- Improve the architecture of core systems for modeling and analysis.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Ensure auditability and correctness in high-stakes environments.
- Collaborate with product, design, and GTM teams to meet customer needs.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions to drive engineering excellence.
Requirements
- 2–6+ years of experience in building modern web applications.
- Comfortable working across frontend and backend technologies.
- Experience with modern frameworks, preferably React.
- Strong skills in building APIs and services using Node, Python, or Go.
- Familiarity with relational databases and cloud infrastructure.
- Self-starter with a bias toward action in fast-paced environments.
- Clear communicator who enjoys cross-functional collaboration.
