Responsibilities

Develop and enhance internal applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
Digitize and automate business processes with Power Automate.
Gather and implement requirements in collaboration with process teams and business departments.
Design and maintain data models using Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and other data sources.
Integrate Microsoft 365 services and existing enterprise systems.
Perform testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance activities.
Contribute to pro-code, low-code, and no-code solutions.

Completed education or a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Development, or a comparable qualification.
Initial hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate.
Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Fundamental understanding of object-oriented software development and initial experience with a modern programming language.
Strong interest in business processes, digitalization, and modern technologies.
Structured, independent, solution-oriented working style and effective collaboration with business departments.
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
