Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable, reusable demo environments covering endpoint management, security, IT operations, and analytics workflows.
- Develop modular demo frameworks that can be customized for industries, use cases, and buyer personas.
- Build integrations, automations, API connectors, scripted workflows, and custom applications to expand demo capabilities.
- Operationalize new product releases into demo-ready assets and environments.
- Partner with Solution Engineering and Sales to tailor demos and proofs of concept for strategic deals.
- Create scalable demo assets, narratives, and technical training materials with Enablement.
- Monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the reliability of customer-facing demo environments.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, IT Engineering, and IT on technical gaps, security, infrastructure, hosting, design, and operational support.
- Establish standards and best practices for demo builds, proofs of concept, and pilots.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical pre-sales, software engineering, or a related technical role.
- Deep understanding of Tanium’s platform and hands-on experience with it.
- Strong technical foundation in APIs, integrations, authentication, data systems, virtualization, networking, and scripting such as Python or JavaScript.
- Experience building or supporting customer-facing demos, proofs of concept, or pilots.
- Experience with endpoint management, IT operations, or cybersecurity platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, virtualization, or enterprise IT environments.
- Experience partnering with Product or Design teams to deliver end-to-end customer experiences.
- Experience using modern AI tools, including LLMs, scripting agents, or automation frameworks, in technical workflows.
- Strong communication, collaboration, execution, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Background in high-growth SaaS, enterprise security, or IT management companies is preferred.
