- Pioneer tooling and processes to enable broader contributions to AI products.
Requirements
- Proven technical leadership in delivering high-impact software systems.
- AI-first mindset with experience in implementing LLMs and generative AI.
- Strong full-stack thinking for designing maintainable codebases and APIs.
- Experience in navigating ambiguous, cross-functional projects.
- Demonstrated strategic acumen linking AI initiatives to business drivers.
- Solid understanding of prompt engineering and agent loops.
- Track record of mentoring peers in AI-native workflows.
- Experience in fintech or regulated industries.
- Advanced English for collaboration in a global environment.
