Base Salary
$76k - $144k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, integrate, debug, and test multi-threaded software applications and associated user interfaces.
- Collaborate with systems, hardware, and test teams on cross-functional agile software development.
- Work independently with general supervision and provide estimates for assigned engineering work.
- Contribute to software and systems requirements capture and analysis.
- Support bidding and proposal activities.
- Travel to domestic and international customer sites for training events and product installations.
Requirements
- Typically requires a STEM degree and a minimum of two years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
- Sole U.S. citizenship is required; dual citizenship is not permitted.
- An active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance is required before the start date.
- Working knowledge of C/C++ is required.
- Preferred qualifications include Windows experience; familiarity with C#, WPF, .NET, Python or Perl, DevSecOps, agile development, Visual Studio, Eclipse, SVN, Git, ClearCase, JIRA, Confluence, Crucible, and Bamboo.
- Strong written and oral communication skills and experience with agile software development are preferred.
