Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end features across web applications and backend services.
- Build solutions with attention to security, performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Write and integrate automated unit, integration, and acceptance tests.
- Coordinate with other engineering teams and collaborate with backend, frontend, and full-stack engineers.
- Manage and debug features from testing environments through production.
- Translate customer requirements into clear engineering plans and deliverable tasks.
Requirements
- Experience with React and TypeScript and proficiency in modern web application development.
- Experience writing REST APIs and services and integrating automated tests into the development lifecycle.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to clean, readable, properly tested code.
- Interest in client-facing projects, including scoping requirements and defining deliverables.
- A proactive approach to learning and development.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field is desirable.
- Knowledge of banking or finance, AWS or other cloud providers, Golang or Python, UX/UI principles, Figma, UI frameworks, visual design, SQL or NoSQL databases, client/server architectures, networking, microservices, or Kubernetes is desirable.
