Responsibilities

Collaborate with architects, data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate Generative AI solutions into products.
Deploy, scale, and optimize AI systems within Air Liquide’s infrastructure and data-access standards.
Improve the reliability, latency, and cost efficiency of Generative AI systems.
Implement observability for LLM calls through structured logging, tracing, dashboards, and alerts.
Partner with the AI Platform team to translate product needs into platform feature requests.
Provide training, mentoring, and knowledge sharing for other engineers.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborative sprint delivery.

At least 5 years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure roles focused on deploying, monitoring, and scaling systems is an asset.
Demonstrated expertise in Python applied to data or AI projects.
Experience with major cloud-provider AI services.
Experience with LLM system and user prompts, tool and function calling, agent systems, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
Experience with GCP AI services such as Vertex AI, Agent Space, and Gemini, as well as Prisme.ai, is desirable.
Good written and spoken English and French.
Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts and mentor junior and intermediate engineers.
