Software Engineer III
JPMorgan ChaseResponsibilities
- Maintain AWS cloud infrastructure for 24/7 banking operations, focusing on stability, performance, security, and compliance.
- Maintain and improve connectivity for customers, between AWS accounts, and between Chase and third parties.
- Maintain and migrate deployment pipelines to strategic CI/CD tooling using Bash, Python, and Go as needed.
- Maintain the cloud platform for application developers and improve SDLC support and developer experience.
- Participate in an on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Experience developing and maintaining applications in AWS or another public cloud environment.
- Experience managing public-cloud infrastructure with infrastructure-as-code technologies, including Terraform.
- Knowledge of AWS Networking and Kubernetes cluster operations using EKS.
- Programming experience with Python or Go.
- Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines covering the full SDLC.
- Understanding of DevOps principles and SDLC best practices, with strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with cloud-environment software engineering security best practices is preferred.
- Experience developing unit, integration, and end-to-end software tests is preferred.
