Responsibilities

Utilize incident management processes and tools to generate reports and take corrective actions.
Debug complex application systems to resolve business-impacting issues.
Follow best practices to enhance operational efficiencies and system stability.
Implement continuous delivery practices to support high-quality software delivery.
Leverage logging techniques for monitoring and identifying root causes of incidents.
Use DevOps tools and practices for software deployment and operation.
Mentor less experienced peers through technical knowledge and leadership.
Apply the latest technology trends to address client problems.

Proficient in object-oriented programming, particularly in Java/Spring Boot or Kotlin.
Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Understanding of AWS services including EC2, ECS, CloudWatch, RDS, and S3.
Proven experience with scripting languages like Shell script or Python for automation.
Strong debugging and triaging skills for troubleshooting code in various architectures.
Familiarity with monitoring tools like Newrelic or AWS CloudWatch.
Proficiency with AWS CloudFormation or Terraform; AWS certification is a plus.
Ability to enhance productivity using AI-powered coding assistance tools is desirable.
