Base Salary
$99k - $207k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage secure virtual and cloud infrastructures.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments.
- Implement and manage container orchestration using Kubernetes or similar tools.
- Automate security best practices and maintain compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure and application performance issues.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to improve DevSecOps pipelines and remove bottlenecks.
- Maintain documentation for procedures, configurations, and programs.
- Support backup and disaster recovery strategy development and implementation.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and a current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance are required.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent systems engineering experience is required.
- At least 7 years of experience as a Systems Engineer, DevSecOps Engineer, or Infrastructure Engineer supporting classified Department of War or Intelligence Community operations is required.
- Experience with automated configuration management using Puppet, Ansible, or similar tools within a CI/CD framework is required.
- Proficiency in PowerShell and Bash scripting is required.
- Knowledge of RMF, NIST SP 800-53, CNSSI 1253, and STIG compliance requirements is required.
- Experience with ACAS/Nessus vulnerability scanning and remediation for ATO compliance is required.
- Experience with Docker or Podman, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or ArgoCD is preferred.
- Familiarity with incident response, disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and private or commercial cloud infrastructure for classified workloads is preferred.
- CompTIA Security+ certification and an advanced degree in cybersecurity, information systems, or a related field are preferred.
