Responsibilities
- Develop quality software and effective test code according to clean code principles and company standards.
- Contribute to backlog prioritization, planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder feedback cycles.
- Lead designs for individual stories and translate designs into actionable subtasks and user stories.
- Consider information security during coding and code reviews.
- Plan and perform complex changes while managing stakeholder expectations.
- Independently resolve incidents, lead post-mortem analyses, and ensure actionable outcomes.
- Replace service requests with self-service functionality and automation.
- Understand and communicate the cost structure of delivered services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in STEM.
- Minimum 4+ years of software development experience.
- Exposure to GenAI.
- Strong development experience.
- Good communication skills.
