Responsibilities
- Design, develop, debug, troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance custom software components using SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and make decisions for the team.
- Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and support timely delivery.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Experience developing and optimizing custom code for high-performance SAP applications.
- Strong understanding of SAP HANA database concepts and integration techniques.
- Ability to work with agile development methodologies and modern software development frameworks.
- Experience debugging, troubleshooting, and enhancing existing software components.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions.
