Responsibilities
- Design and implement core infrastructure components for AI agent capabilities.
- Maintain and enhance agentic development tools across teams.
- Drive AI enablement and developer relations within the organization.
- Provide training and upskilling for engineering teams.
- Solve complex technical problems and improve processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience in scalable production systems.
- Strong experience with agentic coding tools and LLM integrations.
- Proven communication skills with experience in developer relations.
- Ability to independently solve complex problems and drive improvements.
- Solid foundation in technical design and architecture.
