Responsibilities
- Define QA strategies and testing standards.
- Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks in Java.
- Implement API automation using Postman and Karate.
- Develop mobile application automation using Appium.
- Execute end-to-end and integration testing.
- Lead performance and security testing, including load, stress, scalability, and DAST testing.
- Analyze critical defects and coordinate their resolution with relevant teams.
- Manage quality metrics and indicators.
- Participate in production deployments and validations.
- Coordinate with technical, business, and architecture teams.
- Mentor Junior and Semi-Senior QA professionals.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in advanced functional and automated testing.
- Experience developing automation frameworks in Java.
- Experience automating APIs with Postman and Karate.
- Experience with mobile automation using Appium.
- Knowledge of the POM and ScreenPlay design patterns.
- Proficiency in BDD, Gherkin, and Cucumber.
- At least 2 years of experience in performance testing with JMeter.
- Experience executing load, stress, and scalability tests and interpreting performance results.
- Experience performing DAST testing and static testing integrated into CI/CD processes.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Preferred experience leading QA strategies in multidisciplinary teams, mentoring QA professionals, participating in production deployments and validations, and applying CI/CD integration and deployment practices.
