Responsibilities
- Design and execute automated E2E tests for the Lead-to-Cash cycle.
- Orchestrate multi-system test scenarios to validate data flows and business logic.
- Develop automated test scripts for data integrity between CRM and ERP systems.
- Write and automate SQL queries for data verification.
- Build and maintain API validation suites using Rest Assured or similar frameworks.
- Create and execute automated mobile tests for business processes.
- Leverage AI-powered tools for test automation.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor team members in test strategy and QA best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality across processes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of automation QA experience with E2E validation.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, middleware, and ERP systems like NetSuite.
- Advanced SQL query skills for backend validation.
- Strong experience with API automation and automated UI testing tools.
- Experience with mobile automation frameworks like Appium and Espresso.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM/RAG or willingness to learn.
- Proficient with CI/CD and Agile workflows.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
