Responsibilities
- Create functional and technical designs for Cúram extensions and configurations, including workflows and rules.
- Translate client business problems into technical solutions and contribute to Cúram Business Application Suite technical architecture.
- Collaborate with business and technical clients, internal stakeholders, system integration partners, and team members.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues.
- Use the Eclipse framework to implement Cúram solutions.
- Develop, code, and unit test Cúram extensions and configurations.
- Maintain industry-standard version controls.
- Support design and deployment of Cúram modules in JEE, web services, cloud, and security environments.
- Build technical expertise in Cúram modules including Universal Access, Intelligent Evidence Gathering, Rules, Financials, Workflow, and Batch.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a technical role delivering and implementing packaged software solutions.
- 5+ years of experience with Java, JEE, XML, and UML development.
- Experience with Cúram software.
- Experience with public-sector health and human services programs and functionality such as Medicaid, welfare, food stamps, medical assistance, child protection, or unemployment insurance.
- Proficiency in REST and SOAP web-service development.
- Familiarity with modern UI/UX development tools and languages such as React JS and Angular.
- Experience with relational databases, preferably DB2 or Oracle, and SQL.
- Preferred experience with JEE scalability and performance, application and system security, and cloud application delivery using AWS and/or Azure.
