Responsibilities
- Provide high-impact technical leadership across client software engagements and unblock critical delivery issues.
- Design and develop full-stack solutions using the Microsoft C# and .NET stack, Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Flutter or React Native.
- Lead software development squads and support best practices, modern architecture patterns, and pragmatic delivery within time and budget.
- Set up CI/CD pipelines with build and test automation using tools such as Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
- Work directly with clients and stakeholders in presales and project-led interactions.
- Champion and support adoption of AI development tools in a commercial environment.
Requirements
- 10+ years delivering software solutions in a commercial environment.
- Deep hands-on experience with C# and .NET.
- Significant development experience with Angular 10+, JavaScript/TypeScript, and either Flutter or React Native.
- Leadership experience running software development squads.
- Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines with build and test automation.
- Customer-facing consultancy, presales, and project delivery experience, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with software development best practices and modern architecture patterns.
- Nice to have: Scrum or Kanban experience, Python, React or similar frameworks, relevant Microsoft certifications, and experience with non-Microsoft tools and frameworks.
